This survey is very important to grandparents in presenting our case to the government and we can’t let the chance go by.
We have been working with About Families, a BIG Lottery Funded project that supports voluntary and statutory organisations to develop their services to meet the needs of parents and families. About Families has supported us to develop this survey asking you about the services we provide.
The aim is to find out about the difference our services make and how they could be developed in future. The survey can be very much used to our advantage.
The more people who return the filled in survey, the better position we will be in to develop our services and to continue to provide valuable support for grandparents. The results to the survey will inform our helpline, the self help group meetings, the Grandparents Apart UK website and the campaigning work we do.
This is a good opportunity for us as an organisation so we would appreciate your support and if you want more for others let me know. The survey should only take around 15 minutes to complete, it is anonymous and confidential. Your answers will be very valuable.
