Parentline Plus runs a national Helpline for parents, or anyone involved in the care of a child and also offers courses on parenting and a range of material related to bringing up a child. The Helpline number is 0808 800 2222.

Family Welfare Association (FWA) -

Since 1869, FWA has provided support to some of the poorest families in the country. They provide grants as well as social work support to people of all ages, working with them to help them solve their own problems

Grandparents plus began in 2001. They offer advice and information for professional people, grandparents and other relatives, and people with a general interest.
